At PRISVERDA, we handle every piece of jewelry with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully packaged.
We deliver nationwide across all of Pakistan.
Flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 is applied to each order nationwide, calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Average nationwide delivery time: 3 to 6 working days.
To ensure seamless delivery, all orders are subject to confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience, alongside secure online payment options.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your PRISVERDA pieces. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
To be eligible, the jewelry must be completely unworn, unaltered, and kept in its original premium packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video or photo proof of the unboxing. We will issue a replacement or full refund free of cost.
Approved refunds will be processed online directly to your provided bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash wallet within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
For general returns, customers are responsible for safely mailing the item back to our designated center.
